Two years experience as lead system designer for electrified axle products, including direct design experience in all aspects of assembly:- Customer facing: interface points and packaging study/solutions- Supplier facing: active co-development of critical components with suppliers, managing change requests, data transfers, and interface requirements- Multiple axle architectures: banjo, salisbury, bolt on drivehead, clamshell- Multi-stage helical geartrain and differential- Park lock, 2-speed, and disconnect systems- Forced lubrication system design and routing (cooling and lubrication)- Housing design (cast iron, aluminum)- Motor and inverter system integration including HVIL design, HV bus bars and LV wire routing- BOM and complexity matrix management, including interface management and direction for multiple vehicle variants, build levels, and common componentsExperience in Siemens NX modeling, drafting, GD&T, Teamcenter PLM, and MS Office Suite.
