As a project lead I designed and documented an automated solution that communicated with Experian Credit Bureau to retrieve borrower credit information in order to create a credit profile for the borrower. Was part of team that integrated a SaaS (software as a service) loss mitigation solution to facilitate the modification of residential loans in order to reduce losses for the investor. Specifically I documented processes to share imaged documents between the systems via a SFTP encrypted protocol, data integration via XML, bankruptcy claims and modification workflows (HAMP, etc.).

The modeling was performed in Enterprise Architect based on the Unified Modeling Language (UML) methodology and the documentation was based on a hybrid of Rational Unified Process and Agile methodologies.
