CRESA Principal Project Manager working directly for Dell/EMC Corporation in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. I represent the CRESA Boston Office as the PM account manager on Dell/EMC’s North American Field Real-Estate team. I provide Construction PM Services for Dell/EMC, Pivotal Labs, Dell Boomiand Virtustream field office fit-outs in North America, including Canada.• Manage projects ranging in size from 5000 to 50,000 square feet• Manage project budgets between $1 million and $5 million dollars. • Work closely with CRESA real-estate team and the planning groups from DELLEMC, Pivotal, DellBoomi andVirtustream to insure field office sites are designed and construction in accordance to their individual (FDC) Facilities Design Criteria and standards.• Contract and manage Architects nationwide, insuring that construction documents are developed to corporate standards set forth by Dell/EMC, Pivotal, Dell Boomi and Virtustream. • Serve as PM Representative for Dell/EMC, Pivotal, Boomi and Virtustream during construction.• Coordinate construction activities related to General Contracting, Audio Visual, Network Cabling, Furniture, Security, Signage ,Sound Masking and IT.• Work directly with the local Office Managers and Office Administrators to communicate project status and coordinate move communication and activities in the field. • Coordinate site decommissioning and lease restoration to old EMC office sites and vacated at lease expiration. • Able to work with all levels of management, contractors and end users, to insure open lines of communication and project reporting.Clients and Subsidiaries include Dell/EMC, Dell Boomi, Pivotal and Virtustream.....
