Managing a team of Construction Development Managers working alongside Property Aquisition Surveyors, to develope new sites, managing out risk and developing schemes to an implementable state whilst ensuring within financial approvals and target timescales.Key accountabilities involved due diligence on proposed sites including site remediation, planning potential and strategy, highways design and approvals, value engineering site preparation costs including 3D modeling to minimize… Show more Managing a team of Construction Development Managers working alongside Property Aquisition Surveyors, to develope new sites, managing out risk and developing schemes to an implementable state whilst ensuring within financial approvals and target timescales.Key accountabilities involved due diligence on proposed sites including site remediation, planning potential and strategy, highways design and approvals, value engineering site preparation costs including 3D modeling to minimize material removal, developing a full set of employers requirements for Design and Build contracts.Additional responsibilities whilst providing my core role was also managing the implementation of conversions from Netto stores to Asda Supermarkets, following acquisition of Netto by Asda in 2010 / 2011.Achievements included delivering 137 stores in 208 days (at it's peak up to 8 stores a week were being opened), whilst delivering the whole project approximately £20m under budget.
