His experience with for purpose entities includes charities and other not-for profit (NFP) entities . He has extensive experience in dealing with privately held businesses and his industry specialisations are professional services sector and the NFP sector. Peter advises companies and their owners on a range of taxation issues including business restructures, mergers, acquisitions and international structuring. He collaborates with his specialist tax colleagues in relation to transfer pricing, indirect taxes, remuneration taxes, tax governance and international tax to ensure that a value added tax compliance and advisory is provided.Peter provides compliance services and taxation advice to NFP entities. He advises on the appropriate business structures, registration as a charity, income tax exemption, mutuality, endorsement as deductible gift recipients and the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions.
