-I am testing the effects of a combinatorial anti-Parkinsonian agent, LCE, on cocaine addiction paradigms in male Long Evans rats. -I surgically implant IV catheters and head mounted cannulas into rodents for self administration and extract brain tissue for qPCR analysis.- I troubleshoot self-adminstration software and operant chambers, adjust dosing and drug delivery methods and construct dose response curves
