• Accomplishments: Used competitive contract to bring the Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC) into compliance with the ADA, Negotiated and managed ADA compliance agreement with the Federal Highway.

• Accomplishments: Successfully introduced federal drugged driving interdiction program into Marion County court system, closed several adult bookstores in Marion County, tried roughly 50 jury trials and was undefeated.
