I pride myself on having a diverse real estate background filled with a multitude of adventures and endeavors. My first major real estate accomplishment occurred by the time I was twenty-one when I had pushed my limits and purchased and managed a 4-family income property. Consequently, I sold at a very profitable return allowing me to complete multiple real estate flips throughout the early 2000’s. The most recent project I have embarked on involves a development project to build and sell 78 condominium units in the beautiful country of Costa Rica. I have worked with hundreds of families, friends, and associates to find the perfect home for them. In doing so, I have found that this is my true strength in real estate – helping clients.Having grown up in Cohasset and after living in the city for the past decade, I have successfully combined my broad real estate background with my intimate knowledge of the local markets to provide my clients with the total real estate experience. • Spearheaded the financial turnaround of a company headed towards bankruptcy.
