I pride myself on having a diverse real estate background filled with a multitude of adventures and endeavors. My first major real estate accomplishment occurred by the time I was twenty-one when I had pushed my limits and purchased and managed a 4-family income property. Consequently, I sold at a very profitable return allowing me to complete multiple real estate flips throughout the early 2000’s. The most recent project I have embarked on involves a development project to build and sell 78 condominium units in the beautiful country of Costa Rica.
