Selling products all over the world with designs to suit customer requirements.Plastics 2000 Ltd is a local plastic injection moulding company that produces precision components to companies all over the UK and Ireland.I meet different challenges every day and to overcome these I have to be inspired and motivated, so what inspires and motivates me? When I was younger I thought it was money, then I believed it was to be in positions of power (get up the ladder) but now I understand it is actually change the motivates me. If I can see that a difference has been made, an improvement to the current situation in a company and this can be financial or just growth of reach to new customers, markets or internal stakeholders. I try and remember what the company was like when I started and where it is now. Everybody needs something to motivate them!
