• Operations Manager Mining is a national role supporting the Mining Key Account Managers in the management of and delivery requirements of the Key Account contracts. • Accountability for the effective, efficient and systematic day to day management of the all Key Account sites/assets • Providing contract(s) deliverable assurance and positive outcomes around the delivery of Safety, Service, Value, Supply and Finance.• The role is responsible for the optimum resource allocation and leadership of a team of nationally located HPL Service Technician team to ensure we meet our Optival Service offer and contracted Inspections and Reporting for critical equipment such as draglines, electric shovels, mills and balanced equipment• Provide leadership and tasks to the Mining Implementation Manager to ensure efficient processes are developed and operational support and reporting is provided as for key accounts.• Agree and manage Joint Business Plan process with all Key Accounts and implement agreed activities.
