Remodel was completed entirely during normal operating hours with minimal disruption for customers.- Led store team that achieved service metrics at end of 2017 and YTD 2018.-Put systems in place to control payroll, supply ordering, and other expenses.- Hired and developed team to meet service and sales metrics, one of my employees was promoted to a store manager position and credits my development.- Ensured all loss prevention processes were followed and met my store's shrink budgets.
