In this role, I ensure the smooth and efficient running of the undergraduate degree programme at the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy. This includes, editing videos of lectures and making them available to students, ensuring that the handouts for all courses are updated, approved and printed ready for the beginning of the course, uploading information to the internet and university Moodle system as required and maintaining attendance logs of student attendance, creating graphs to present to my colleagues so we can see the attendance of lectures within the department. In addition to this I also do other basic office administration.
