• Provide advice and financial support to prospective and established SME customers, with a balanced mix of relationship management and proactive business building• Delivering the right business solution for each business customers need, ensuring these are cost effective for the business and customer, thus building trust & rapport with SME clients• Increase and maintain customer loyalty, through actively seeking customer feedback to improve satisfaction and service levels• Experience of using P&L, Balance Sheet, MI and Management Accounts to identify solutions for the customer whilst ensuring the Bank’s Regulatory, Operational and Control processes are met• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (supporting credit applications, building relationships with internal & external stakeholders)• Demonstrates confidence and a positive attitude to work undertaken, inspires, enables and develops colleagues in pursuit of success• Understanding of the SME market place including financial, market and legislative changes, in turn understanding how this effects SME clients and any subsequent knock on effects
