I am a PRINCE2 certified Business Change Leader and Commercial Implementation Specialist, supporting the development and delivery of customer-focused business strategies in major utilities organisations. I am currently Commercial Implementation Lead at npower, supporting senior leadership to manage change and pro-actively mitigate risks. Secondments at npower have included as a Subject Matter Expert for a major I&C Transformation Programme and as a Transaction Approval request Developer. I initially joined the business in roles as Hedging Analyst and Project Analyst. I have a strong track record identifying and implementing cross-functional business process improvements and leading negotiations at all levels to gain support for change while driving financial benefits.
