Organise contract review of final customer purchase order and sales contract with sales quotation. Clarify and resolve discrepancies together with opportunity owner and project engineer. Purchase all materials and services required both internal and third party for project execution. Initiate actions during execution to enhance project margin. Manage documentation submission and approval. Organise Factory acceptance testing as required. Organise and oversee logistics activities for satisfactory delivery of product, this includes export documentation as required. Raise and ensure payment of all project related invoices. Part of a new team set up within the company as part of the overall sales activity. The aim of the team was to improve customer/company communications and is centred around project management of customer orders, co-ordinating between customers, engineers, production departments, external suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring customers technical requirements and completion times are met.
