The provision of high level, comprehensive and efficient management of NHS IMAS assignments.

As part of the NHS IMAS central team who provides project management support for all NHS IMAS assignments. My role involves the project management of a portfolio of assignments at any one time. This involves communicating, on a daily basis, with Chief Executives, Directors and very senior managers throughout England on politically sensitive and complex issues. A key part of the role is to identify and recruit NHS personnel (i.e. Chief Executives and Directors) or independent contractors to undertake NHS IMAS assignments. This includes agreeing the scope of the assignment and monitoring progress against the project plan, ensuring that objectives are completed on time and within the agreed deadlines and budget.Also leading on corporate projects such as the redevelopment of the NHS IMAS website, implementation of our recruitment system and ongoing financial reporting.
