As part of the NHS IMAS central team who provides project management support for all NHS IMAS assignments. My role involves the project management of a portfolio of assignments at any one time. This involves communicating, on a daily basis, with Chief Executives, Directors and very senior managers throughout England on politically sensitive and complex.

Stakeholder engagement within the QIPP (Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention) agenda.

Corporate communications and managing the organisation's enquiry service.

Project management of programme of inspection activity across health and local government bodies including Comprehensive Performance Assessments.
