Through factory audit and product test to confirm the good performance of products and make sure product can pass EN/IEC61215 (UL1703).d. Make arrangement to do test in the third party independently if necessary e. Finish QC report on time. f. Take care of the teambuilding of quality management and knowledge infrastructure.3. 1. Supplier audit (items are the following: supplier’s basic information, manufacture equipment, verification, output ability, the ability of materials purchase, quality management system)2. Checking with the manufacturers and type of raw materials, and do inspection on the IQC process and the items, both of which are did following the standard of IEC61215 strictly. And decide whether the items are qualified, whether the tracing card is recorded clearly and whether the raw materials can be traced.3. Tracing the whole manufacture process on workshop to assure that the manufacture process is in accordance with SOP. Once the unqualified process or technology is found out, we will give our requirement to suppliers to change in order to assuring the quality of the whole batch of modules.4. Recording and storing the manufacture history of supplier5. Meet with the related persons to negotiate the reason of quality accident, solutions and the method of prevention. After that, make sure the solutions and methods gave up on meeting are executed by supplier.6. Do sampling inspection on final modules according to the standard of ISO2859 (containing visual inspection, flash test, insulation test and EL test)7. Do container loading inspection in avoid of accident happening at the end of delivery. And record the related information during the process.8. Tracing with the production plan and production process to assure that the supplier can deliver the whole modules on the fixed date.
