On site supported customer for SSD application/qualification/compatibility issue.Relocated to Shenzhen office since 2016/8, manage overall Shenzhen office affair which include office administration and finance to ensure office operation efficiency and enable to support business need.. Team leader of 10 FAE engineers, manage USB/SD/SSD technical support and plan resources allocation. Collaborated with cross-function team and built up relationship with customers, include SATA/PCIe SSD product support, factory yield rate improvement, and solution for marketing.

Developed QNAP production, rack-mount system design, Intel + LSI storage system, best performance and BOM cost design for schematic, Layout, familiar with SATA/SAS/PCIe/LAN/USB3 MOI(Method of Implementation) signal quality test, system build up.

Developed Intel Base Dell NB Vostro/Inspiron series project, integrated related function, include CPU, Memory, Wifi/BT, VGA, HDMI, HDD, LAN, Audio, Card, generous system design and qualification, coordinated with various team with ~50 R&D in many locations. Regularly travel to KUNSHAN CHINA analyze and debug product line issue.
