I have a proven track record of identifying and securing talent from various markets and regions.Before becoming a positional analyst, I was the head of UK scouting for Arsenal F.C's first team, where I coordinated the club's recruitment strategy and operations in the UK. I have also worked as a senior talent scout for Arsenal F.C, covering Belgium, The Netherlands, and Germany. Prior to transitioning into scouting and recruitment, I played football professionally until an injury forced me to retire early. Throughout my career, I have experienced football at all levels.
