> Led engineering assessments for frontier unconventional resource plays across multiple Australian basins; focusing on shale and CBM opportunities.> Extensive dynamic simulation work (ECLIPSE) performed as part of play assessment workflow.> Responsible for internal assurance reviews and third party technical opportunity assessments.> Led engineering assessment for Santos’ first corporate M&A activity in shale; the $70m Tamboran Resources farm-in deal.> Co-managed corporate unconventional R&D portfolio including collaborations with CSIRO, University of Queensland, Texas A&M and Industry Partners.> Responsible for mentorship of less senior engineers and students.

> Sole reservoir and production engineer for Scotia CBM field – 20% reserves upgrade and 16 production optimisation projects identified within 6 months.> Sole subsurface engineer for Gunnedah CBM implementation team following Scotia role. Responsible for on-time and on-budget execution of corehole and appraisal pilot projects.> Project managed successful subsurface execution of Santos’ first 5-spot CBM pilot in New South Wales.> Proposed and implemented novel water monitoring wells to address community concerns.> Heavily involved with government and community consultations on subsurface aspects of the project.

> Selected for secondment to small team charged with delivering a 15% profit improvement plan within three months to the Eastern Australian business unit.> Identified field automation project that was sanctioned with significant, multi-year operating cost savings realised.

> Classical reservoir engineering (well test analysis, surveillance program design, PTA, DCA, analytical modelling etc.) > Worked on tight / conventional gas and light oil reservoirs.> Reserves assessments.> New well projects (proposal, execution and assessment). > Project managed successful $100m, 10 well program in first year in company after Senior Engineer went on unexpected leave.> Proposed and led brownfield and greenfield projects including production optimisation, near-field exploration and compression de-bottlenecking studies.
