I have 16 years experience in the print industry with knowledge of Transactional & Direct Mail and in Litho Sheetfed Printing. I have experience of Business Development sales as well as cold calling. As Account Manager I have been responsible for several blue chip customers, while identifying opportunities to increase company turnover. I have increased sales and developed solutions for the customer. Whilst working for EPC Direct I was promoted from Production Manager to Business Development Manager. I developed the existing customer base and increased sales income overall by 60%. I was fully responsible for estimating jobs and controlling customer orders from receipt of artwork through to delivery of finished product. I understand the customer’s requirements with a view to achieving customer satisfaction. I am always conscious of the need for continuous improvement, and am able to quickly acquire new skills to deal with change. I am reliable, hard working and a loyal team member with a pragmatic approach to work, always willing to tackle any challenge set.
