I planned and coordinated all colleague and manager operational training solutions for two warehouses, totaling 480,000 Sq. ft which housed 650 employees. Operational training was delivered through my team which helped create a safe, legal and efficient working environment. Training was accurately recorded and regularly audited to support legal compliance. I delivered leadership training to the management team, from assessment center to first front line manager placements as I helped them develop their managerial skills with a leadership mindset. Comfortable working at all levels and across all areas of the business which has built an extensive network of contacts.

I led and managed a team of 15 colleagues who work directly for me; I manage their performance, attendance and welfare. I do this by ensuring my team receives all the necessary communication, training and support to deliver their role. Regular contact with them helps me to understand how I can support them to deliver their job role with coaching and development to help them achieve their goals whilst achieving depot budget and department KPI’s. Regular meetings with my team allows me to ensure they understand their role, inspire them to deliver a great performance and for me to support their career development by focusing on their roles and objectives alongside personal behaviours.
