Served on the Cal/OSHA advisory committee to create the requirements of Certified Asbestos Consultants and Certified Site Surveillance Technicians, assisted in writing changes to the California Business & Professions Code and the California Health & Safety Code, and worked on a committee to write draft legislation for proposed California Code changes for the certification of Mold Assessors, Remediators, and Remediation Supervisors.
