Extensive Retail Forecourt experience whilst working within Texaco Retail over 27 years. Roles varied from Service Station management, Area Management, Retail Operations Management, Retail Maintenance Management, and for the final three years, as a Chevron Health & Safety Specialist to the Retail & Logistic networks, Facilitator for the implementation of Chevron Health, Environment and Safety Management system to Texaco Retail in UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemborg and Canary Islands.Four years as Health Safety & Environment Director of Eurotank Environmental Ltd maintaining SafeContractor status, and gaining Approver Contractor status for BP Oil, and Total UK Ltd amongst others. Assisted obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005 & ISO 18001:2007.April 2013 started Eagle Services specialising in Health & Safety Compliance Support Services to small and new start-up contracting companies, primarily in the retail forecourt and commercial fuel markets. As part of the Compliance Support Services on offer, Eagle Services have developed a suitable Health and Safety Management System for a number of these clients, so that several of these clients has been accredited into the SafeContractor scheme, as well as others in the BP Accredited Sub-Contractor Scheme and the Rail Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme. Eagle Services assists each company to maintain compliance with their respective system. This includes carrying out unannounced site audits on their staff and subcontractors, to ensure compliance to their systems. All audits are supported by photographic evidence to demonstrate both the positive and negative aspects ascertained during the audit that may have been found or arisen. For other clients, Eagle Services is carrying out "on site" risk assessments and have developed a bespoke Risk Assessment/Method Statement format that has been well received.
