I had responsibility for Dental Foundation Training in Health Education East of England. We have over 80 Training Practices with more than 100 Trainers. I oversaw seven Dental Foundation Training Schemes within our area.I am Training Programme Director for the Bedford Dental Foundation Training Scheme, and each year I work with a dozen newly qualified dental practitioners through their Foundation Year as they gain confidence and experience as independent dental practitioners.
