Ideally searching for a working from home remote role dealing with Trade Finance, especially the processing of instruments such as letters of credit and bills for collections.I have 40 years’ experience as a banking officer in domestic and international banking, mostly customer facing, dealing with a range of aspects from high street banking to international trade finance.Therefore, I have obtained skills that require a very high level of customer service, attention to detail, team, and interpersonal interaction. This also shows that I am a very quick learner.I have a passion for listening to and understanding what the customer wants and guiding them, whether it be going through an account opening form or compiling the information for the multitude of documents required to be presented under a letter of credit. I have never been afraid to work through demanding and challenging issues. This has led to solid Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel and Word, andsome PowerPoint and Access.
