I also took roles in stock management, business planning, KPI analysis and performance review. - Department turnover of approx. £3 million p.a. - Margin average of 9% up from 5% before my tenure - Store turnover approx. £11 million p.a. - Performance ranking 2nd in the company, average 80% to forecast every month - Broadband/telco sales +50% to target. I led the department to 200% growth and distant 1st in company - Only department in the company to have all staff members trained to Apple Product Professional level.
