Managing Senior Principal - Geotechnical Engineering | Canada EastResponsible for day-to-day operations and the financial health of one of the largest business units at Stantec consisting of between 200 and 300 staff in 17 multidiscipline/stakeholder offices and 12 Laboratories from Ontario to Newfoundland and Labrador. Responsible for developing business, managing, and developing clients, managing people, safety, growth and change within the company. Managing large transformational Standing Offer and Call Up projects throughout the region. Prepare and present period, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Regional Leader and Geographic Leader and other Senior Management. Prepare and execute annual business plans, strategic plans and detailed budgets. Responsible for staff retention, recruitment, and mentorship throughout the region.
