Lead and Assist the commercial motor Team for Suncorp, GIO and AMP portfolios ($120 mil), which involved the following:Manage larger accounts by pricing, claims, renewals and retention of the accounts.Assist Team members to ensure consistency of approach for referrals for non-fleet business plus offer on the job training. Monitor and manage new business audits direct with the intermediary and CCS&S (Commercial Call Centre Sales & Service) to improve account profitability. Dealing directly with intermediaries and involving internal sales staff where necessary to resolve issues where there is conflict.Identifying renewal exception items and action as appropriate.
