I am a Senior IT Professional, providing technical knowledge and ability to contribute and lead complex IT programs. I have more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology administrative, advisory and support roles to provide outstanding delivery of Information Systems services. I also have detailed knowledge of technical tools, technologies and best practices. As a Web System Administrator for VA Healthcare, I have successfully contributed to a variety of projects while achieving on-time, on-budget and on-spec project completions. I am also responsible for planning and implementing hardware and software upgrades for the Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare system. I have contributed to multiple customer service-related efforts, migration of computer operations, and administration of development platforms for the VA’s award winning Health Information Technology (IT) system (VistA).
