This involves building cross team focus on optimum leveraging of the output, and experience-sharing of best practice and resolutions to process bottlenecks.I also build models for the prediction of future signings activity and customer behaviour from disparate data sources; help sales teams manage their territories, mine inventories and past activities to drive future opportunities; build queries for signings business results and opportunity pipeline management; and investigate and validate claims.In my free time I write on an amateur basis for websites and magazines, dealing with PR cleaning, embargoes, news stories, writing reviews, and the occasional interview. This also involves SEO and social media management, and the creation of illustrative pieces to go alongside.
