I build solutions in the HighQ Legal Tech platform for law firms in a wide variety of use cases. Using Javascript, I expand the feature set well beyond those provided out of the box. I build custom data visualization tools, interactive choropleth maps (e.g. 50 state legal survey maps), and add dynamic functionality to otherwise static HighQ pages, automatically integrating proprietary HighQ spreadsheet data into each. Some of these tools provide up to $8,000 of added value for our clients, based on the pricing of third party companies who we had previously referred HighQ clients to.Using Power Automate and Python together with the HighQ API, I've built advanced workflows that drastically increase the efficiency of the platform to meet the requirements of demanding clients.

As a the first and only data specialist in a young medical tech startup, I built, from the ground up, systems to automate the collection and compilation of raw usage data from our UV disinfection machines in the field. Using Python, Pandas, and Plotly to organize this raw data into human readable graphs and reports, I created custom tools for the sales, integrations and engineering teams to identify sales opportunities, integration pain points, and technical issues. On the customer facing front, I built custom reports for executive and director level administrators at hospital networks on their device usage, and provided expertise on use of both the hardware and software portal to staff of all levels, while acting as liaison between customers and the development team regarding feature requests and bug fixes.
