As Inside Sales Coordinator, my main responsibilities are: order processing, monitoring order status, full time sales support for our two outside sales representatives, price quoting, checking inventory, communicating with our overseas suppliers in regards to orders and quotes, and creation and delivery of all purchase orders to international and domestic suppliers. I ensure that all orders company-wide are entered promptly and correctly to provide timely delivery of our products and services. I process all orders for the company ranging from in stock items to custom designed monuments. I communicate with our domestic and international suppliers on a daily basis in reference to prices, and other order related details. Once an order is finalized I create a purchase order and send it directly to our suppliers for fulfillment. I provide full time sales support for our two outside sales representatives which includes: price quoting, checking the status of orders, and constant communication with their customers. Works closely with multiple departments within the company, including: Logistics, Purchasing, Laser Etching, Sandblasting, Production, Sales, and Marketing.
