Having had a long and interesting career as a psychologist and consultant Peter is now focusing on researching, developing and marketing the language free and culture fair assessment of cognitive potential called My Potentia. Peter is using My Potentia in Australia, PNG, Papua and Laos to provide accurate assessments in the mining and oil and gas industries. In Australia his focus is also on Indigenous people and people with English as a second language in secondary and tertiary education, within the prison system and also in aged care where for many staff English is their second language.Peter is monitoring the increasing focus on cultural diversity because organisations will need to consider whether using English based psychometric tests are breaching the laws on discrimination and whether there is an increasing role for language free assessments.
