I am a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN), in the graduating class of 2017. During my degree, I completed six co-op internships as seen below. I currently work at New Island Studios, a video game development company I co-founded, as lead programmer.Throughout my time at university and in my work terms, I have developed a strong work ethic and a broad range of engineering experience across multiple fields. In high school I distinguished myself in provincial physics and math competitions. In my senior year of high school, I took it upon myself to enroll in a University physics course, while also challenging the AP Calculus exam, receiving 5 out of 5. That year, I was awarded a $1500 entrance scholarship to MUN. I was included on the Dean's List for my first year there, and graduated in June 2017 with a cumulative average of 82%.My main areas of interest include 3D modeling, programming, mechatronics and robotics. I am proficient with the entire Microsoft Office suite, Solidworks, C#, and Unity3D. In my free time, I enjoy creating and playing video games, playing guitar, and playing ultimate frisbee.
Listed skills include Solidworks, Matlab, Mechanical Engineering, Unity3D, and 3 others.
