Parachuted in to replace two previous IT PMs who had left after a short time for a global financial tower outsourcing programme with a very aggressive timeline. The outsourced partners required a brand new Azure platform with Inchcape applications and shared folders presented from APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Russia. I led the global IT solution to a successful outcome.

I was with the company during a period of major transition globally as various cloud offerings came to maturity and towards the end of the last decade became a common practice for technology implementation around the world. My project management leadership ensured successful execution of major infrastructure and EUC projects for Windows 10, Office 365, server modernisation, data centre upgrades and relocations, data migrations, business acquisition and divestments, and virtualisation initiatives while leading teams of up to 25 contributors in diverse technical disciplines. I also led Group-wide initiatives for software and hardware roll-out, VoIP, leased lines, remote working, SD-WAN networks, security, site relocations, structured cabling, and real estate fit-outs. Budgets ranged from £50k up to £5m with full P&L responsibility.

While this was a short role, I led a project team of six tasked with upgrading Windows/Zendesktop technology across EMEA. Another major project that I spearheaded was the technology plan and implementation for a VIP conference with 1,200 senior executives.
