As Head of Operations I was closely involved with all aspects of the business from running day to day operations to developing new opportunities.

New College Group (NCG) is a chain of English language schools headquartered in Manchester. I started out my NCG journey as the Principal of the Manchester school also overseeing NCG Dublin and NCG Summer Schools. I guided our operations through the pandemic developing a successful online operation and we built our brick and mortar operations back up in 2021-22.

Kaplan International English in Liverpool is located in the heart of the city's business district close to the UNESCO world heritage sight at the Pier Head and the city's Albert Dock. The school offers premium courses for 16-25 year olds and over 25's in two attached centers. I was a Senior Teacher in one of the largest EF Kids and Teens centers in Guangzhou. I led a team of 17 teachers and produced a weekly schedule for the center. Mentoring new teachers was a key part of the role and ran training sessions at both school and regional level.

Taught fun and energetic English classes to students through innovative approaches. Communicated effectively with parents and students in addition to foreign and Chinese staff to provide a high-quality customer service. Used my filmmaking skills to create training and recruitment videos for new staff.
