My main responsibility was to create solar-systems designs for individual customers. Giving each customer several options custom made to their house and situation, incl. a 20 yr yield guarantee. I made these designs using specialist software (proprietary). Getting the images I needed from a paid service (globespotter) I was responsible for the designs in the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom. Besides the design I did the Quality Control for designs of the other designers.- Creating virtual designs of solar panel installations for clients throughout Europe. - Calculation the yield of the solar systems with such a certainty that we can guarantee the electricity production over the coming 20 years (Sungevity gives of a pay-back guarantee if the production is not reached, we pay the difference for 20 years).- Quality control of (more junior) colleagues.- Training (new) colleagues.- Consult with other departments to create an insane client experience.

Rotterdam

Working as a consultant I was placed with companies to check and report on complience with Dutch external safety regulations. Using these reports the client could show conformation with Dutch safety regulation and or apply for a new/revised licence/permit. I mostly worked on: - Quantative risk assessments (QRA)- Enviromental risk assessments (MRA).- Fire safety reports.- Surface water contamination reports.The largest project I worked on was a complete QRA of a refinery and aromatics plants located on the same location. This was part of a billion dollar project for the client. The project was high pressure and under a very strict time constraint. During the project I was part of a team of 4 colleagues responsible for the QRA. I had to gather information onsite, interact with the client both management and workforce, report to management of the client on technical issues and progress, use modelling software to model the situation, write reports.
