My role includes sourcing and developing all areas of the menswear range. Generate and manage the range plans for each department. Implement and control the delivery of all garments into the warehouse and ensure allocation and replenishment of all stock into the stores. Maintain relationships with all suppliers and ensure quality and "taste level" are appropriate for the business at all times.Input into managing and implementing any promotional or markdown policy.

Set up and implemented the range plans for the the tailoring products over the last four seasons and negotiated the initial margin/delivery dates and for both core and seasonal product. Maintained robust relationships with both cloth suppliers and garment manufacturers.

I am currently fulfilling both the merchandising and tailoring buying roles with E&R. Setting up their seasonal range plan and delivery schedule and also implementing the allocations for seasonal and core product to fulfil the weekly replenishment runs into the stores. Negotiated and set up the current core line systems with our major suppliers.Sourced and purchased the tailoring range for the last two years including, business suits, jackets , trousers, outerwear,shoes.
