• CIT Aerospace International, Statutory Audit of Irish Legal Entity 2013 and 2014. Collaborated with PWC to streamline audit process and testing in order to meet aggressive deadline regarding preparation of trial balance, financial statements, and tangible asset roll forward.• NACCO Acquisition, (1) Partnered in load of local NACCO ledger into PeopleSoft. (2) Reconciled PeopleSoft Balances to local books for HL/SL, Maintenance Reserve, Maintenance Expense, Rental Income, accrued Rent, and Inter-company Accounts. (3) Built reconciliation support file for Goodwill holding Account, used by GAO and quarterly update memo to PWC, as well as built Hyperion comparative financials, P&L and balance sheet for total consolidated NACCO legal entities. (4) Provided monthly and quarterly support including goodwill and quarterly flux analysis memo with Director of Finance. (5) Prepared adjusting entries to true up NACCO legal entities in PeopleSoft and Align with Iris (local GL), pushing down equity not previously booked on all legal entities.• Maritime, managed and oversaw loan portfolio on a monthly and quarterly basis including 10Q/K, Held for Sale Valuation, and cash flows.• Project Lightning, (1) Data analytics for carveout financials in part of initial Form 10 filing and MD&A, plus subsequent quarterly filings.
