Responsible for sales forecasting to inform critical business planning. Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to support strategic decision-making. Sales Process Optimization: Identify and address gaps within the sales process, recommending solutions to enhance the customer journey and elevate sales conversion rates. Serve as functional technology lead; identifying, implementing and managing the sales & marketing technology ecosystem necessary for the sales team. Unify related technology stacks and future proofing to support growth & organizational scaling needs. Provide expertise in Salesforce CRM, Gong, ZoomInfo, Paperflite, and other platforms for team success.Sales Enablement: In collaboration with other key stakeholders, create relevant and engaging sales collateral and tools that allow individual contributors to effectively communicate the másLabor value proposition. Develop, modify and enforce best practices in the areas of pipeline & opportunity management, CRM data integrity & usage and outreach cadences & frameworks. Team Management: In collaboration with Vice President of Sales, work to build and lead a high performing sales organization providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to drive individual and team success. Act as functional manager for the Sales Development team; continuing to build, onboard, coach and continuously measure performance output to drive the attainment of stated goals. Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing, finance and technology to ensure alignment between sales operations and overall business objectives.
