Hands-on management of all communications for the MBTA, the 5th largest transit system in the country with 7,500 employees and 650,000 daily customers. Specific work included media (and crisis) communications, customer information, community relations and special events, and employee communications.As chief spokesperson, I presented the T's perspective in hundreds of televison and radio interviews and thousands of newspaper interviews.
