Manage litigation and transactional cases for clients in diverse areas of practice which includes estate planning and probate, real estate, employment, civil litigation, and criminal law. Prepare memorandum and other legal research documents for clients and for internal use.

Provide individual members and committees of the Washington State Senate with legal research and analysis. Duties include bill and amendment drafting, policy research and analysis, developing and evaluating policy options to assist Senate members in meeting stated goals, presentation of oral and written staff reports, and providing general legal support for assigned committees.
