I am a university graduate at Dartmouth College with an advanced degree as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, USA6. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified in the state of New York in the USA with over ten years’ experience in the public accounting profession including five years as the partner in charge of the El Salvador office of Price Waterhouse & Co. Experience in training and capacity building 7. I opened the office of Price Waterhouse in El Salvador, Central America, and trained locally hired personnel with no prior audit or accounting experience, and with my staff of 20 I built the premium audit firm in the country.8. For almost 3 years, I was Chief of Party for a municipal finance project financed by USAID where I trained and managed locally hired personnel to promote infrastructure investments in 20 municipalities by teaching municipalities to significantly increase local source incomes, improve their budgeting procedures.
