Provided urgent development support for an application including LabVIEW, TestStand and PXI modular instrumentation.Achievements:• Applied leading edge semiconductor offerings from National Instruments to test program development.• Provided training to several engineers on the usage of new tooling.• Helped to deliver the next generation of mass production test to this customer.

Responsible for the development and mentorship of 5 engineers to help them to excel in areas including customer satisfaction, technical expertise and time management.Achievements:• Coordination of department-wide weekly training initiative, including; targeted scheduling of technical sessions, delegation to peers, content reviews, support and feedback.• Provided startup assistance of an acoustic emissions application utilising real-time PXI and DSA.

Providing high quality technical support to National Instrument’s customers. Delivery of customer-facing, professional training courses. Creation of ‘proof of concept’ demonstrations.
