About Peter Dunn

I am an experienced Biostatistician and an engaging teacher, with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. I have skills and experience in research design, lecturing, quantitative data collection, and quantitative data analysis (including the use of R). I have a strong research profile with numerous publications, together with a PhD in mathematical statistics and undergraduate degrees in science and mathematics. In addition, my teaching skills are supported with a Graduate Certificate in Professional Learning.I am an Ambassador for H5P, for providing interactive online content.I have published a higher-level textbook in the area of generalized linear models: Generalized Linear Models, with Examples in R (Springer). I have another introductory statistics textbook due to appear in 2024 (CRC).
