A major part of my day would involve communicating and liaising with Planning/procurement teams to schedule Commercial Shipping orders and also provide a general service to facilitate daily works around site. Shipping of high value finished drug products and Samples to USA & European Markets Reviewing shipping schedules, Liaising with Planning, Booking Freight companies,  Creating Customs invoices along with other Shipping Documents,  Reviewing shipping metrics, Shipping trackers etc, Shipping of various miscellaneous materials through UPS online shipping programme Shipping of hazardous materials by Air IATA Trained Receipt and Labelling of all (API) & (GMP) component materials, raw materials and temperature controlled materials for use in production on site. SAP ERP material movements within an ambient and cold chain warehouses  Preparing daily process order pick lists and replenishments for production supply  SAP Cycle counting/Stock taking reviews on a weekly basis.  Working in an audit ready (GMP) warehouse environment. As waste operation leader I was responsible for all Hazardous and Non Hazardous waste streams around site in Pfizer/ Amgen Dun Laoghaire. From shipping of Hazardous waste to Indavers transfer station in Dublins port to Direct loads from site to Indavers Inclinator in Belgium.
