* Quantitative Research - Conducted data analyses, primarily using R and Excel, ranging from descriptive analytics to regression-based analysis and modeling. Utilized economic and demographic data from sources such as the U.S. Census Bureau and the Bureau of Labor Statistics and business financial and employment data from sources such as Dun & Bradstreet and Preqin.* Qualitative Research - Managed and implemented qualitative research focused on economic development issues. • Managed an evaluation survey of over 2,000 businesses from 14 incubators and accelerators across the U.S. as part of ICIC's partnership with JPMorgan Chase's Small Business Forward initiative. Responsible for distributing the survey, managing survey follow-up emails and calls, and cleaning and analyzing the resulting survey data. In partnership with the project lead, co-authored a blog summarizing the evaluation findings.

• Supported and led research projects through literature reviews, interviews with subject matter experts and small business owners, quantitative analysis in R and Excel and survey development and deployment. Wrote blogs and sections of reports summarizing research findings.• Led a data collection project on ICIC program alumni, conducting interviews with approximately 50 former CEOs of high-growth companies. • Supported the development and implementation of impact models for an evaluation of a prison entrepreneurship program.
