• Instigates and leads technical designs, from site scoping and preliminary design through to detailed design;
• Coordinates a team of structural, civil, electrical, EME, RF and geotechnical engineers, draftsmen, surveyors, arborists / ecologists, town planners, and property consultants;
• Manages complex project finances; prepares reports for review by Project Directors and Urbisfinance department; prepares, manages and approves (sub-consultant and client) quotes, variations and invoices;
• Prepares high-detail reports of site and project progression that are reviewed by client-side and internal project management; and
• Spearheads discussions with clients, asset owners, carriers and construction teams to ensure cost effective, buildable, compliant and feasible sites are prioritised and pursued.Achievements

• Preparation of proposals, tenders and budgets
• On-site supervision of remediation earthworks
• Supervision of field investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling
• Implementation of the Environmental Protection Act, NEPM and EPOLA legislations
