Responsible for the establishment and leadership of the integrated management hub of the F-35 sustainment business for the UK Customer. Key responsibilities:• Design, build and resource an effective organisation construct to deliver the UK F35 business across multiple locations• Establish and maintain an effective Project Management governance framework for the UK F-35 business• Drive the completion of the F-35 baseline solution design, ensuring effective definition, documentation and handover to the Operational delivery teams• Leadership a virtual team spanning multiple industry partners in UK & US, integrating the solution deliverables provided through multiple sources to ensure delivery of a coherent output based service to the customer.• Build and fostering enduring relationships with the UK customer by ensuring exemplar service delivery under extremely challenging resource and cost constraints• Contract ownership maximising business returns whilst striving to meet & exceed customer expectations• Leadership and drive of the cross functional bid management team to ensure the timely progression of identified and emerging contract changes • Collaboration with the US based organisation to drive the identification, development and securing of follow on business opportunities for BAES
